Sanjaya is the heart behind Happiness Is The Path—a mindfulness teacher, qualified counsellor, and life coach with years of experience mentoring individuals and athletes.
His journey began over 12 years ago during some challenging times, when meditation transformed the way he experienced life. Since then, he has guided others to find their own clarity, calm, and strength through mindfulness, counselling, and coaching.
