For three years, I committed to this practice every morning. Over time, the fear softened. The physical tension began to ease.
I found space. I found calm. I found myself. That shocking, reactive feeling inside my body—vanished.

Through this journey, I built emotional strength, inner clarity, and a deep sense of peace that no external situation could take away.
