From uplifting others to guiding from within
From a young age, I was drawn to leadership—not through control, but through encouragement. Whether it was with my siblings, friends, or teammates, I naturally found myself motivating others to believe in themselves and reach higher. As a cricket captain and coach, I created an environment where players felt safe to express themselves, take risks, and enjoy the game without being weighed down by outcomes.
I’d often say, “Go for it. Do your thing. Enjoy the thrill of fully expressing yourself—don’t worry about the result. Results come at the end and are often out of your control. What you can control is immersing yourself in the thrill of performing.”
That simple invitation—to be bold, to trust yourself—shaped how I’ve led ever since.
But over time, I came to understand that true leadership goes deeper. It’s not just about performance—it’s about presence.
Twelve years ago, during one of the most difficult chapters of my life, I discovered mindfulness meditation. It changed everything. It helped me reconnect with my values, find clarity through chaos, and begin leading from within.
Since then, I’ve blended my experience in high-performance coaching, counselling, and mindfulness to support others—whether they’re facing personal struggles, working towards a goal, or stepping into leadership themselves.
Through Happiness Is The Path, I now guide individuals and organizations to cultivate emotional strength, focus, and resilience. Leadership is still at the heart of what I do—but today, it’s about helping others lead themselves, from a place of presence, purpose, and peace.

At Happiness Is The Path, my mission is to support people in discovering clarity, resilience, and peace through mindfulness, counselling, and coaching.
I believe that happiness equals progression, it isn't the destination or the the result - it's the progression you make on your journey. When we grow, heal, and move forward mindfully, we experience a deeper sense of purpose and joy. Real transformation begins by being fully present—and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful that shift can be.
My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where people can reconnect with themselves and take steady, mindful steps toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

My approach combines years of experience in high-performance coaching with a personal journey rooted in mindfulness and meditation. I integrate person-centred counselling, mindfulness-based strategies, and practical coaching tools to support each person’s unique path.

I’ve spent over 20 years mentoring and coaching both athletes and individuals—helping them develop focus, resilience, and high performance under pressure, in both business and well-being.
As my journey evolved, I began integrating mindfulness into my work, expanding into life coaching and counselling to support people not just in sport, but in all areas of life.
Over the past year, I’ve been leading weekly mindfulness meditation sessions in Beaconsfield, and now offer sessions both online and in person to support a wider community.
