Monday to Friday


Start your day with kindness and clarity. Open to everyone. Conducted in two languages:

  • 6:45 AM – 7:00 AM (Sinhala)

  • 7:00 AM – 7:15 AM (English)

  • Loving-Kindness (Metta) Meditation

Metta means genuine friendship. These short but powerful sessions train the heart and mind to radiate kindness to ourselves and others.

While the surface practice focuses on kindness, the deeper skill being cultivated is distraction management. In meditation, all you are really doing is gently guiding the mind back to the meditative objective. Each time the mind wanders, you bring it back — again and again.

This practice strengthens your ability to focus, remain present, and lead with compassion.

 

 

 Mindfulness for Athletes – Distraction Management Training (Mental Toughness)

A focused meditation program designed specifically for athletes.

There is no single definition or formula for mental toughness. At its core, it’s the ability to identify and manage distracting thoughts, bring your mind back to the task, and immerse yourself fully — thriving with clarity, joy, and energy.

🕕 Tuesday: 6:00 AM & 11:00 AM
🕕 Thursday: 6:00 AM


Duration: 45 minutes (guided meditation + optional discussion)

It’s not about brute strength — it’s about the strength of awareness. These sessions train your mind to anchor focus and embrace the thrill of execution.

Weekly Community Mindfulness Meditation & Life Coaching

Open to all — guided meditation, Q&A, and practical coaching. Learn how to apply mindfulness in your everyday life.
